Gather the Community began in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent as a club that welcomed everybody. Today we deliver commissioned child, youth and family services across the city and Staffordshire — without losing the reason we started.

Rooted in Stoke and Staffordshire
Our base is in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, and we deliver across Stoke and Staffordshire — including Knutton, Biddulph, Stafford Family Hub and Cheadle Academy — working in partnership with councils, family hubs and schools.
Professional, not distant
Trained, supervised practitioners who turn up on time, write it up properly, and stay with a family long enough to matter.
Joined-up support
One team spanning youth work, care, SEND and family support, so a referral rarely needs handing on.
EHCP-aware
We work with children and young people who have EHCP plans, using their plan outcomes to shape the support we deliver.
