Director & Safeguarding Lead
Founded Gather the Community from a small youth club in Fenton. Leanne now oversees service delivery, safeguarding and partnerships across Stoke and Staffordshire.
Marcus
Senior Youth Practitioner
Specialist in mentoring, sports-based engagement and Turnaround projects. Marcus leads the youth team and supports young people at risk of exclusion.
Aisha
SEND & Disability Lead
Experienced SEND practitioner who designs accessible sessions, supports EHCP outcomes and trains staff on neurodiversity and inclusive practice.
Tom
Care & Respite Coordinator
Manages care packages, emergency cover and short breaks. Tom works closely with families, social workers and local authority commissioners.
