The same clear route whether you're a parent, a school or a commissioning team.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

    Same working day

A parent, school, hub or commissioner tells us who needs support. Emergency and crisis requests are triaged immediately.

    Within one working day

A practitioner calls to understand need, risk, existing plans and what has already been tried. We say honestly whether we're the right fit.

  3. 03

    Plan & start

    Typically within a week

We agree outcomes, frequency, named workers and safeguarding arrangements, then begin delivery with paperwork in place.

    At agreed intervals

We measure progress against the agreed outcomes, report in writing and attend reviews or multi-agency meetings as required.
