Youth Mentoring.
One trusted adult, consistently there
Our mentoring pairs a young person with a practitioner who stays the course — building trust first, then working on education, behaviour, relationships and risk.
Who it’s for
- —Young people at risk of exclusion or already out of education
- —Neurodivergent young people, including those with an EHCP
- —Young people known to early help, prevention or youth offending services
What we do
- —Weekly one-to-one sessions in the community, at home or in school
- —Sport, boxing and activity-based engagement where talking doesn't work first
- —Practical advocacy with schools, colleges, tutors and services
- —Whole-family conversations so parents and carers are part of the plan
What good looks like
Improved attendance and engagement in education
Reduced risk behaviour and fewer escalations
Measurable growth in confidence and self-regulation
For commissioners
Delivered as blocks of weekly sessions with baseline and review measures, written reports and attendance at multi-agency meetings.

Conversation & triage
Within one working day
A practitioner calls to understand need, risk, existing plans and what has already been tried. We say honestly whether we're the right fit.
- 03
Plan & start
Typically within a week
We agree outcomes, frequency, named workers and safeguarding arrangements, then begin delivery with paperwork in place.
- 04
Review & outcomes
At agreed intervals
We measure progress against the agreed outcomes, report in writing and attend reviews or multi-agency meetings as required.
